I have seen Dr. Kye three times now and could not be happier. She is professional and skilled. I have had decaying materials removed and cavities filled in two teeth and one tooth extraction. Everything went smoothly with each treatment. I am particularly impressed by her injection of the local anesthetic, which is the least painful injection I have experienced, and this in turn has altered my attitude toward dental appointments in ways I had not expected (namely for the better). Dr. Kye also has excellent communication skills, explaining the diagnosis and the overall procedures as well as what to expect next at each key step and after you get home. The scheduling at this office is also very well organized and I have not had to wait at any of my three visits. Overall, a very positive experience. My husband, who has also recently started seeing Dr. Kye, agrees. We were both very satisfied with Dr. Rothkopf and had good feelings about the dentists that he had chosen, but I can say that Dr. Kye has exceeded my expectations and cannot recommend her highly enough. I had some food stuck in my gums next to my bottom wisdom teeth for the last few days (and it was driving me nuts). My regular dentist is in NYC. Dr. David’s assistant was very kind and let me see the doctor on the same day I called his office. Dr. David professionally removed a piece of tortilla chip without causing any pain (and it wasn’t particularly a small piece). The doctor didn’t even charge me for my visit. If I move to DC in the future, I already found my dentist. More

I've been going to Dr. Rothkopf for a few years now. The other reviewers are spot on. It's an excellent office with a happy staff, and Dr. Rothkopf does great work. I've also been very pleased with Dr. Rothkopf's referrals. It sometimes stinks to have to go to a specialist for things, but I appreciate that he doesn't want to take risks. Both the endodontist (for a root canal) and oral surgeon (for wisdom tooth removal) that Dr. Rothkopf referred me to were great.I am recognized and greeted warmly by everyone on staff each time I go in, and I've never had an issue with billing. I've also never had to wait beyond my scheduled appointment time, which is a huge deal. More
